Formerly Assistant Chief Superintendent at SRM IST Delhi NCR Campus, she adeptly managed campus operations. Eager to pivot her career, she now aspires to channel her passion for hospitality into the role of Chef Superintendent at SOUTHHALL Restaurant. With a diverse skill set and a drive for excellence, she aims to seamlessly transition her leadership and organizational skills to contribute to the culinary industry’s success.
Ganesh is a mechanical engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur. He had worked in the automotive EV industry sector for more than 15 years. He is the founder of GL Tech Consulting Ltd, an Electric vehicle Technology & Consulting company in the United Kingdom. His projects contribute heavily towards sustainability and eco friendliness. Ganesh is also a motorsport enthusiast, participating in professional level races in India and UK. He maintains his fitness running, playing squash and long-distance cycling. As per Ganesh’s personal experience, healthy food plays an equally important role in being fit and performing at the highest efficiency. He predominantly consumes organically grown vegetables and encourages the organic food industry. Himself being a passionate cook, Ganesh keeps innovating new recipes using organically grown grains and vegetables. This is how he identified that there will be a great synergy in mentoring South Hall Restaurant for developing the new recipes, processes and business management.
